Scratchpay to launch new self-service features

Scratchpay is launching new dashboard features that will allow clinics to request short-term extensions for open loans & request corrections to previously finalized loans.

LOS ANGELES - Minor loan adjustments and extensions are a frequent request from pet parents to veterinary clinic staff. As part of a continual effort to save Scratchpay Partner Clinics time and effort, Scratchpay is launching two new features to the dashboard.

One new dashboard feature will allow for short-term loan extensions and the other will allow for corrections to finalized loan amounts - all without leaving your Scratchpay dashboard. These features can be accessed through a settings button (⚙) located to the right of each loan. Clicking these will pop up a separate window to enter the request and any additional information.

Loans can be extended 7 days after the original expiration date (Day 14) and only one dashboard request per loan will be honored. Anything beyond Day 14 or after the first loan adjustments must be requested via phone or email. All incoming queries will be reviewed by Scratchpay staff and are not guaranteed to be approved or granted. Any request to add additional funds to a loan may require supporting documentation. An email notification will be sent out upon an approval or decline of the request.
