Accessing the Dashboard
How do I log in to my Clinic Dashboard?
You can log in to your clinic dashboard at any time by going my.scratchpay.com (which we recommend bookmarking). From here, you will be able to use your password or request a log-in link to to access your dashboard.
What if the administrator/signer of the Scratchpay account is no longer with the practice, and I can’t access our Dashboard?
If the person who signed your practice up for Scratchpay is no longer with the company, and you can’t access the dashboard, please submit a request through the account recovery form. For security purposes, you will be asked to provide detailed information to confirm your identity, and the process will take 1-3 business days.
I never set up a password for my account. How do I create a password?
When you first sign up for Scratchpay or are added as a team member, you will receive a password set up email. Simply click on the link in the email, and you will be taken to a page to set up your password which you can use to login to your dashboard
If this is not your first time accessing your clinic dashboard, you now have the ability to set up a password for your account. After you entering your email on the dashboard log in page, simply click on the “Forgot or never set a password” button, and you will be emailed a secure link to set up your password.
